A New Era of Learning and Development at Force Motors!

We are thrilled to announce the launch of Project Lakshya, our latest learning, development and employee engagement project.

First of many initiatives under this Project, is the Executive Development Program (EDP) for our managers and teams designed to nurture and enhance their leadership skills. We have partnered with the prestigious SP Jain School of Global Management for this programme which includes interactive workshops, insightful lectures, and hands-on activities, covering general management topics like Strategic Management, People and Performance management etc.
